• Fluid checks, topping and basic servicing items where feasible on site

• Minor engine repairs and on-site temporary fixes to get you moving

• Tyre changes and puncture repairs (subject to access and safety)

• Welding and fabrication for straightforward on-site repairs (where appropriate)

• Call‑out fees apply and vary by distance and time — please confirm when booking

• For IRTEC HGV PMIs we offer pre-booked slots to ensure compliance and documentation

• Clear estimate before work proceeds; any additional parts/labour confirmed in advance

• Written paperwork for IRTEC HGV PMI including inspection findings and recommendations

• Safety-first approach: some plant or HGV repairs may be restricted on-site if conditions are unsafe

• Provide vehicle type, registration, location, fault description and preferable evening/weekend window

• Safe, legal parking and adequate working space helps speed the job

• For HGVs and plant, ensure keys and access to relevant equipment and any required documentation for PMIs
